Job Description
- To extend support to all customers in all pre and post sales assignment so that the requirements are met with an aim to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstration, Commissioning and maintenance of instruments.
- To interact with customers to provide them solutions at site.
- To provide timely technical assistance to customers.
- To co-ordinate with all related engineers/manager and field staff to activate the solution.
- To do follow-up for current/ new AMCs./paid/warranty jobs.
- To keep track of scheduled AMCs visit.
Experience : 6 months - 1 Year
Required Qualification
B.E. Mechanical or Instrumentation
