Job Description

  • To extend support to all customers in all pre and post sales assignment so that the requirements are met with an aim to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstration, Commissioning and maintenance of instruments.
  • To interact with customers to provide them solutions at site.
  • To provide timely technical assistance to customers.
  • To co-ordinate with all related engineers/manager and field staff to activate the solution.
  • To do follow-up for current/ new AMCs./paid/warranty jobs.
  • To keep track of scheduled AMCs visit.
Experience : 6 months - 1 Year
 

Required Qualification

B.E. Mechanical or Instrumentation
