Corrosion Gauge

These are designed specifically for measuring corrosion in metals, often using signal processing techniques tailored for this type of measurement.

Corrosion thickness gauges, particularly ultrasonic types, work by emitting sound waves that travel through the material and reflect back when they encounter the far side or an internal defect like corrosion.

This monitoring process makes use of high-frequency acoustic waves (sound waves) to measure or map the internal structure, thickness, and other properties of the material being monitored.

Fast scanning speeds up to a 60 Hz update rate for maintenance and corrosion monitoring.
