turbo-CONTROL
The turbo-CONTROL measuring system has been designed for functional tests and the 2-plane balancing of exhaust turbochargers of any type and size. The turbo-CONTROL – driven by compressed air – makes it possible to capture nearly the entire speed range of a test object during the dynamic ramp-up in less than 10 seconds. turbo-CONTROL provides a resolution of the imbalance in two radial planes. The measuring system allows for a parallel acquisition of up to four signals. Users can flexibly choose between frequency analysis and order analysis (FFT analyser). Disturbances are quickly detected and can be fixed after closer examination without requiring additional and often costly special equipment.
